If I want to use GoDaddy as my host for a website with adult content on it i.e. porn, would it violate any agreements or TOS? If so, what if I bought a dedicated server?
    Thanks for the help.

I don't think they'll have a problem as long as the content is legal in the US, meaning no kiddie or animal porn, rape, etc.
You should really contact them and ask, they'll be able to answer your question with the most accurate response.

When in doubt, Ask their sales team. They will be sure to explain this to you prior to ordering.

Sorry to get off topic, although if the world is actually taking interest to animal porn, were going downhill FAST. I've honestly never even heard of that, was a shock when I saw your post. Lol

I only mentioned it because I had a support ticket a few months ago where someone asked if we allow that kind of content on our server...the US govt looks at that as animal cruelty so yeah...lol

They don't allow it on their ad-supported hosting. But, it did say something about not being able to sent out emails with pornographic content. IMO, your best bet will be giving them a call or shooting over an email.

Based on the amount of spam e-mail I get, animal porn seems pretty popular.
    Disgusting.
From briefly browsing GoDaddy's universal TOS, it looks like adult content is considered "morally objectionable" and therefore a no-go. Kind of funny for a host who uses sex to sell their services via TV and other advertisements.

Yea, their commercials are the closest you can get to porn without actually being it haha.
It's not an animal porn site so I should be fine. I'll call just to confirm.
