    Q: How long have you been in business?
    A: We were first established in 2012. This is our eighth year of operation and we've consistently received good reviews.

    Q: How long does it take for my account to be setup?
    A: Accounts are setup automatically by our system immediately after payment is done. If you do not receive your hosting account information within 5 minutes after payment, please submit a ticket to our Technical Support Department for further assistance.

    Q: If I upgrade my account, will the discounts carry forward?
    A: Yes, the discounted pricing will still be valid even if you upgrade your account.

    Q: In lieu of cPanel's recent pricing increase, are your prices already adjusted/fixed?
    A: Yes, our prices have already been slightly increased (~5-10%) to account for cPanel's pricing increase and notwithstanding further increases by cPanel, there will not be any further adjustment to our prices. In fact, if you were to compare our past and current prices, you will see that we've not applied a knee-jerk reaction like some of the other providers have done. This is because we never considered ourselves to be a budget provider and we have always marketed ourselves based on the merits of our service quality.

    Q: Are you a reseller / do you operate your own servers?
    A: No, we are not a reseller. We have full root access to all of our infrastructure (hosting servers, backup servers, filtering servers, etc) and we demonstrate this by using the exact same configurations (i.e. software features, server resource allocations, server hostnames, etc) in all our hosting locations which is something a reseller cannot do. Going direct means you are able to receive better and faster support quality because you don't have to wait for the middle-man to pass on the message between you and their upstream.

    Q: Which location is best for me?
    A: Good question! There isn't a single location that suits everyone's needs because it really depends on where your website's visitors are originating from. Even CloudFlare can only cache about 65% of your website's content which means the other 35% of your website's content is still being served by the web-server, hence choosing the correct location is extremely important to ensure a fast website loading speed. Because you, along with your requirements, are unique and important to us, please submit a sales ticket and let us know more about your website/business's requirements and we will be happy to help you select the most suitable hosting location.

    Q: Am I allowed to use all the resources allocated to me?
    A: Yes, you are allowed to utilize all the resources allocated to you as long as your form of usage complies with our Terms of Service.
