    cloudflare.com - negative review

    I have Pro account at cloudflare.com ($20/mo)
    I have few questions for a support, need help with my account.
    I've written ticket 2 days ago. Still have no answer
    Is there any support? Or everybody is "dead"?
    I think, cloudflare.com have no support at all.
    Negative review!

    I think, with such "support", there is no sense to use their servises..

    I know, guys from cloudflare have accs on WHT, hope that they will read this ..

    Have you logged into your CloudFlare account to check the ticket status? You may not have received an email notification for whatever reason.

    Seems highly unlike CF to be waiting for this long. I've opened tickets in the past and had responses within a few hours.

    Sorry about that. We only have limited coverage on the weekends at this time, unless the domain is on a Business or Enterprise plan (we are working on adding additional staffing, however, to provide more coverage). It is likely someone will be getting to your ticket today.

    I am not a cloudflare fanboy either, their "down" page was showing anyway.

    Have you tried in recent time.
    Try with minimum security level on a test website.

    I might have missed that option.

    I think default security level is medium. But sometimes CloudFlare security may be a problem and block few genuine traffic. So, its good to keep security level to Low
