You realize that the containers are put into a building and the containers have raised floors?

Many corporations use container systems, Google, IBM, Sun, HP:

I think that is a demo or something like that.

See the structure in the far back of the rails here:

Notice gap between them, that looks like the staging area to me, very similar gap and spacing. While it is out there, put a sign on it and use it for ad.

The only reason that they're building datacenters in North America is because there's demand, right? Which leads me to my next point - why aren't they building more datacenters in Europe? Does this mean there's no demand for their servers in Europe?

There's demand everywhere but everybody picks their market.

GRA2 is being built, RBX6 and SBG4 seem to be finished according to their website but not hosting yet, SBG2 also under construction. Yes, they're adding DCs everywhere.

Apparently they stealth-launched BHS3 last week, missed it completely

    https://twitter.com/OVH/status/502257933917642753/

Don't see any change in prices or offerings so I guess just same old, same old.

They are still pushing the 2013 models at the same price as the 2014.

They have become more expensive, especially KimSufi went up 50% if you compare CPU power to what i got in March but it's still a bargain, considering that i push full 100MBit downstream since April without problems.

I hope with so many datacenters they start colocation one day.

World tour in New York? That leaves a lot to the imagination...

... Or perhaps they'll announce they finally have some actual servers in stock again? (Then again, this time last year they 'sold out' everything and nobody could buy any servers for half a year.

Yeah they are putting on some kind of expensive tour in major cities the past month and next month.

The soyoustart side has been completely sold out for weeks with only a rare server popping into stock at BHS every once in a blue moon.

Current theory is they are out of IPv4 addresses but who knows for sure. ARIN is out of everything so maybe https://www.arin.net/resources/reque...countdown.html

That's not entirely true. At least some were in stock at least two of the last four weeks. In Europe they were in stock almost the entire time.

Dunno what the IP situation is over there but surely if they had a shortage the first thing to do would be to stop giving away 16-256 free IPs per server...
