WHTwiki:Orphans
In wiki terminology, orphans are pages that don't have links from other wiki pages.
Every WHTwiki page has content that's related to some other pages. You can contribute to the interconnectedness of WHTwiki by adding links from relevant pages to orphans. Here's how:
- Read pages on the Orphaned pages list.
- Search for pages with related content, via keywords and via the categories that the page is in.
- On those pages, make relevant words in the text into wiki links, or add a link to the orphaned pages in the "See also" section of the page. (If it doesn't have a "See also" section, you can add one.)
After a page has at least one link from another WHTwiki page, it will be automatically removed from the Orphaned pages list. For this reason, it's preferable to add links to orphans when you have time to complete the task.
