Images provided by individuals or companies

I've removed the uptime report image from this page along with this sentence: "An example uptime report supplied by Wormly showing daily uptime calculations based on periodic monitoring:" I've also expanded the Content policies section of WHTwiki:Policies.

While we appreciate the content, a concern with allowing this type of image is that another company offering the same service may replace the image with one from their company so that they can get their company name on the page. Do we then choose which image to use? Allow every company in the business to upload an image? Allow none of them to?

We avoid these problems by not naming any companies except when listing all of them or on company/product profile pages. But this is a discussion page. Feedback is welcome. --writespeak 14:23, 3 August 2007 (EDT)

Downtime on uptime

Would the "Calculating downtime" section of the Uptime page be better on the Uptime page or the Downtime page? --writespeak 14:23, 3 August 2007 (EDT)
