I was with your company for almost 20 days and i had been getting a positive impression about your company that is whenever i find my server in problem you guys immediately attended to it, i would like to thank you very much for the same.

Every month i used to pay USD 75 for unlimited support tickets and i used to get support from my old provider, the problem i had faced with him was without his knowledge or you can see due to some malicious script all sites were infected with Script code and i had to come out of him and choose your company.

The few mistakes i did during choosing your company

1. The 99 USD was for 5 hours of admin i never knew that.

I had though went ahead and paid USD 99 initially, while responding to my tickets you were quick and i was always thankful for the same, but there was one serious issue which came from your end itself, the TMP was full and when i had ask your guys to remove temp files he said mysql was corrupted, I dont know the server process so i relied on you guys, from there when i updated your guys they kept on saying the mysql databases are fine only the connecting path is lost which means one file has the mysql and other has databases the connection to both is lost (Ticket ref : 151761 ) and during the task suddenly i got a message that the admin hours are over u have to pay to continue further, for which i have asked clarification and i had got, i didnt get back on it and i had immediately paid assuming you would help me to fix but i really lost all my databases and your team has resumed last backup from my old drive which was 20 days old, i lost very good clients because of this but i still continued.

But when i had issues your guys again started asking the admin hours are over u have to pay, for which i have clearly mentioned that i am out of station please take care of server and your guys mentioned that we will take a look of uptime if its on load we will reboot thats all we would do as you have not bought admin hours, i was fine with it.

Suddenly, yesterday i had faced issue and i paid for admin hours assuming that this hours would be useful for this task which i am facing now, but u r people really showed your real character, by taking the money off you guys just nodded saying this was for the old invoice, when the old invoices related tasks were not done when we said to do then on what basis do your people have rights to take that money, you can access my tickets from 29th april all tickets says u would not do the task as i have no admin hours purchased, then how on 10th of may u can consider the task for the old ones.

I really felt your company as a reliable company but by seeing this attitude i felt you are only interested in taking money than doing work, i feel sorry but i m not intersted in working further i need money back refund please.
