Nobis Technology Group

Nobis Technology Group began operation as parent holding company to a handful of other companies on January 1st, 2007 as a registered LLC in the state of Illinois. On this date Nobis was formed in a strategic merger most notably between two previously privately-held companies- Ubiquity Hosting Solutions, LLP and DarkStar Communications, LLC. As of Q4 of 2008, Nobis has in total approximately 30 full-time employees, working between the company's main offices in Bloomington, Illinois and spread throughout the various facilities from which the company provides its diverse array of services.
