Mortfiles.se

Mortfiles.se is an extension of Mortfiles.com aimed towards a different market. It started in January 2006 when the owner Jimi Wikman registered Mortfiles.se as a company in Sweden in order to meet the demands of the swedish customers.

For a while the demands of the swedish market had been pressuring Jimi Wikman towards the decision to start a company aimed towards it as several request came for webdesign and webhosting that would take the small business of Mortfiles.com to a serious business venture rather than a service for friends and referals of friends.

2006 started off well with several projects, but then in april 2006 Jimi Wikman had a son and business went dormant for a while only to pick up again for the end of 2006. The word also begun to spread and due to his connections within the swedish design and hosting circles more work was tossed his way. In 2007 he signed up with DeserveIT, another swedish webdesign company that focuses on programming rather than the graphics to do template work for them.

Other companies also contacted Mortfiles.se regarding webdesign work and it soon became clear that the swedish website would be delayed, again. Since having nothing to show for swedish clients, or potential clients, is a bad thing Mortfiles.se opened up its business blog with the new design during the summer of 2007.

The number of webdesign clients also lead to more webhosting clients and with that came the need to make adjustments to the server controlpanel to adjust for swedish language. Cpanel 11 took care of that need and a completely new cpanel design was created and new language files setup.
