LiveAgent
LiveAgent is an online application by Quality Unit company, offering chat and helpdesk solution. LiveAgent is sold as self-hosted solution (owned license type) or a hosted solution (Software as a Service).
License types
- LiveAgent Helpdesk - is oriented to helpdesk only, offering a lot of helpful featues like color tags, rules, filters, separate departments, multiple email accounts processing etc...
- LiveAgent Chat - is oriented to live chat feature, which you can embed to any of your websites. A number of different buttons you can use are ready for you from start.
- LiveAgent Hybrid - this is a special license which combines LiveAgent Helpdesk and LiveAgent Chat, where you can receive email responses to ended chats and you can still use all the features of both licenses, like tags, rules, filters etc...
All the three licenses provide a complete front-end support desk - a self-service portal with a knowledgebase and internal back-end with a professional design, admin tools for application configuration and finally an interface for agents to respond to all requests.
