HyperSpin is a website monitoring service that can monitor your Windows based or Linux/Unix based servers from various locations around the world. Their service includes downtime alerts via SMS (Cell Phone Text Messaging) and/or Email.

The prices range from $2.00 per month to $12.00 per month per URL depending on if you want 1 minute to 15 minute alerts when your server is down. Although SMS contacting costs an additional $0.20 per text message.

Tip: If you wish to receive a message on your phone but do not wish to pay the $0.20 per SMS message, simply setup the service to contact you via Email when your server is down. In the Email Settings simply put your cell phone number in with accordance to your cell phone provider.

Features: This service supports ping, HTTP, HTTPS, FTP, SSH, SMTP, DNS, POP3, IMAP, MySQL, and any arbitrary services running on TCP/IP.

Additional Features: Add a "Live Status Report" to your website, which allows you to publish 3rd party uptimes for your server
