Cloudstack is an open source cloud computing software that allows service providers to offer Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS). Cloudstack is licensed under the GPLv2 license and is sponsored by Cloud.com a company who provides commercial support and service.
The Cloudstack cloud computing software is freely downloadable, redstributable and customizable.

- Web Interface - AJAX web interface for performing management tasks
- Usage Server - Provides accounting of resource usage designed to be connected to billing systems for metered usage billing

- In-Browser Console Access - Fully functional virtual machine console securely accessible via a web browser
