Blesta

Blesta is a professional billing and client management application, created and maintained by Phillips Data, Inc.

Written in PHP, it was the first billing application of its kind to require PHP 5.

History

Development on Blesta began in 2005. The original intent of the software was to replace an outdated billing solution used internally by Phillips Data. In early 2006, the company decided that Blesta would be sold as licensed commercial software. In August, 2007, version 1.0 of Blesta was released to the public.

Imports

Blesta offers import scripts for Clientexec, Modernbill, WHMCS, and WHM Autopilot. Additionally, the software supports an abstract integration class for developers looking to migrate from custom or uncommon billing solutions (for more information on custom importing see the Blesta Import Documentation).
