A Small Orange is a well-known website hosting provider and Internet development firm located in Atlanta, GA. First established in March 2004, the company has grown to host nearly 40,000 websites with over 12,500 customers.

While website hosting is the most prominent service offered by the company, they are also known for creating effective, elegant websites under their A Small Orange Web Design brand. From simple brochure websites to custom-developed eCommerce systems, any kind of business need can be met.

Coming in 2008, the company plans to publicly launch two new open source initiatives: ASOcluster and ASObill. ASOcluster is the company's new hosting platform that features a highly-scalable and highly-reliable approach to traditional hosting problems. ASObill is a brand new billing platform initially targeted at website hosting providers. Both projects are fully open source and community-developed, but will have the backing of an established company like A Small Orange.
