they seems to be good , but i didn't like their rates and fees , %6.5 + $1.25 per transaction , $500-$750 setup fee and also to let them send your money to you account via a wire transfer they will charge you $50 per wire .

other than there fees i heard people saying good things abou them .

We had referred a bunch of PaySystems refugees over to VOLPAY to try to assist them in quickly setting up a new system by VOLPAY recently adjusted their criteria to focus only on $50K/month+ accounts.

So we're now in touch with ETELEGATE to try to work out some kind of a friendly program for PaySystems Refugees to help out folks that asked us for suggestions earlier this week.

I'll let you know what happens once we get word from them.

I could not find their rates. I am waiting for their reply rates enquiry but what intercase told are quite high.
Appreciate if cdgcommerce can provide some workable solution. I am already on your paysystems refugees mailing list.

We spoke in depth with eTelegate and here are the results.

eTelegate is willing to accept both Web hosting, Middle Eastern and merchants processing < $50K/month - which was the main issues that we ran into with VOLPAY last week as they just abruptly changed their underwriting guidelines to better accomodate their niche focus on larger volume accounts.

So - I wouldn't envision any issues on the approval side for anyone.

Now in terms of the pricing side, there aren't any monthly fees from them but there is a wire transfer fee and their per transaction costs may be a little higher than what some folks may be used to. On the setup fee side, they told us that they would provide some flexibility in that area.

We will likely send out an e-mail to everyone on the PaySystems refugee list early in the week but also feel free to contact eTelegate.com directly as that might be even faster and just tell them that you are an ex-PaySystems merchant in need of a new account.

I've also started compiling a list of other int'l options as well - if anyone has any int'l processors that they want me to add into it, please PM me or get in touch with me and I'll add it to the page.

Here are the rates received from etelegate.com:

$750 set up third party/$1500 set up, your own account
6.9%-7.9% depending on previous processing history
$1.25 per transaction
10% rolling reserve
0 monthly fee
within 24 hours account setup

I don't find myself comfortable with these rates.

Not really.. Compared to CCbill and IBill and they're really good.

It seems everyone here just wants free processing. Free this and free that and dont even question quality until their account goes BANG!

(I'm talking about 3rd party processing here)

==============================================
Delayed Funds for ETeleGate Credit Cards and Checks. ETeleGate will withhold 20% of Client's Total Revenue for ETeleGate Checks for a period of six months as Delayed Funds to cover Returns, Revokes and Refunds for ETeleGate Checks services. ETeleGate shall have the right, in it's sole discretion, to adjust the amount held and holdback period as is deemed necessary as security against future Customer Returns, Revokes and Refunds or indemnification obligations hereunder. ETeleGate payment to Client will be within two weeks after ETeleGate receives payment from the bank. ETeleGate can not guarantee that it will receive funds from the banks and Client therefore waives any right to try to collect from ETeleGate if for any reason ETeleGate doesn't receive funds from the bank. Client understands that there is a several day delay between signup and when a check clears the bank or is rejected and that during that time a member/subscription will have full access to Client's site, even though the transaction may be declined or returned by the bank.

Hi, I was thinking about Clickbank.com , I could also start an affiliate program with them. I will search WHT to see some more comments about them.

I am also a Paysystem refugee and if anybody knows something about a good alternative accepting international merchants please PM me.

Regards!
