I think Pacificrack has seattle if im not mistaken.

I'll second SoftLayer, I've only got experience with their Dallas datacenter but I imagine they run things about the same all around.

Are you looking for a Seattle AND a Vancouver provider, or just one provider in either of those locations? Where will most of your customers be for this server(s)? Are you looking for good routes to any particular networks in Asia for instance?

Typically, Los Angeles makes the most sense going to Asia as most of the fiber and peering go through there. Vancouver makes sense if you want the server to be in Canada due to data privacy concerns, but bandwidth is going to cost a bit more.

Thanks for the replies and feedback. Basically we are seeing an increase for hosting requests on the US west coast (most of our clients are in Asia). We have a few reseller accounts with some major brands but now considering moving to dedicated servers for more control. Seattle or Vancouver because we have business partners in Vancouver and this is a city where we see ourselves opening an office in the next two years :-)

For now we seem to be going to try ubiquityservers as they have datacenters in both LA and Seattle. I see some providers on this thread which are based locally so I may be contacting them later.
