Mysql tuner, I been working on this for a week or so to get possible output by running every 24 hours or more.

I came across this and this is the only one it shows to edit:

join_buffer_size (> 2.0M, or always use indexes with joins)

In my.cnf I have:

join_buffer_size = 2M

Do I change to:

join_buffer_size = 2.0M

I'm confused, Is or will this not be the same value, And when it said:

Or always use indexes with joins

what does it mean by this exactly and how.

join_buffer_size (> 2.0M, or always use indexes with joins)

It simply means you need to increase join_buffer_size to more than 2M. For instance, to 4 or more.
Also take into consideration that MySQL should run at least one day before using mysqltuner.

Yeah I usually leave it minimum 24 hours.
