Well the issue with those is that they are not all letters, those would be NLL and not LLL...

Beyond that, I don't know that you'll get a four letter domain for $15 unless the person really has no idea what they're doing or it's just a junk domain.

I'd be willing to part with ptpo.net but it wouldn't be for $15.

I agree with MikeDVB: I am afraid it is impossible to find a LLLL.net or LLLL.com for $15. I'd suggest you to offer at least $50 in order to get something decent. Just a suggestion.

Everyday there does have some LLLL domain drop. But All of them are backordered from others. I have trace the drop list for more than 3 month.
Backorder price are vary from 29.95~59.95. So at least you should pay 30USD for the LLLL.com if you really like to purchase. Just my 2 cents.
