wooserver's downtime

I have a dedicated server with burst and it's currently down. I know for sure that no one is attacking me and there is nothing wrong with my server. I also found out that another burst.net dedicated server is down.

Is anyone else experiencing this?

Looks like it's back up. This has been happening since yesterday now.

Did you submit a ticket asking them why it is down?

BurstNET are pretty active here, so maybe that's why your server is back up so quickly

Yes, I am actually with wooservers (burst's reseller), and for some reason they still haven't responded to the ticket, although I set it to high priority.

Edit: Replied now.
Whoever is using burst.net, can you post here and tell me if you're having the same issue?

We are NOT having any network downtime whatsoever...whatever issue you are having, if any, would be server-specific.

Why don't you check some other sources first, to see if the network is down, prior/rather than posting such false thread title?
You could have gone to any number of ping/traceroute sites all across the internet, to see if we are down, before assuming we are down, rather than just your own specific service.

We have thousands upon thousands of dedicated servers on our network. 99% of the time there will always be another server down somewhere on the network ...having more than one server down means absolutely nothing, and has no bearing on "burstnet downtime". Servers go down, it happens.
.
.

Did you open up a ticket with us? or with your reseller?
Make sure if with the reseller, they follow up with us, so we can do some hardware checking, etc...and resolve it. If it keeps occurring, and we don't know about it, and no one inquires with us more than for just a reboot, not much we can do about it, and unfair to even say it is our problem...

I checked CPU, Network Usage, did ping, tracert. Not every single server might be down on your network, but mine is.

Well, Wooservers has told me they're looking into it.

I am not talking to your server, I am talking to something else on our network, such as burst.net, to confirm it is not "burst.net downtime" as you so inaccurately titled the thread, and just a issue with your specific service. Obviously you have an issue with your server, the question is is it just your server or network wide---something that should be figured out before claiming "burst.net downtime"...making it sound like our whole network is down. "server down" or "server at burstnet down" would have been much more appropriate...

I agree, I apologize for that. I was in a hurry to write this so I did a few mistakes. I have also sent you a PM.

OK, so hopefully they open a ticket with us, if it is indeed something on our end, rather than something they can handle on their own, and we can get it resolved for you.

OK, cool..thank you...
Gets touchy on WHT, as the trolls (not meant as you), will take a thread title like that and claim our whole network was down based off of that, rather than reading the thread, etc...

Sounds to be BurstNET from all your replies so far here you are just worried about his thread title more then his actual issue. Plus all your replies seem very rude/aggressive.

You apparently failed to read the post about the support ticket submission
The user apologized for the thread title...obviously we had a valid concern over that.

Why should we want an inaccurate thread title posted? We have every right to be unhappy with that, and right to point out such.
Especially with the WHT trolls acting up as of late, we do not want this turning into yet another BurstNET flame thread where people only read an inaccurate title, then post non-sense within. We clarified that right off the bat, and also instructed end-user to use support ticket to get issue resolved (as well as helped him out with another query via WHT PM, which we normally do not even do on WHT).

You're correct, you do have a right to be unhappy. But in your posts you seemed a little hostile, instead of "ranting" about the topic title and how your network is not down. You could have simply said "We are not aware of any network outages, contact me and I'll look into it". But who am I to judge, right?

EDIT: not to mention your quadruple post
