Will be interesting to hear from you about netdireck. Had bunch of inqueries from netdirekt customers because they were not happy with the quality of the network, but they were happy with the price. We are in US, but they still somehow were looking for an alternative.

When I was on netdirekt (2 years ago) the network was really good, I don't recall any outages in the 18 months I was with them (I didn't have an uptime check at that time, but I never saw it down or had any of my customers complain, so if there were any outages they were minor) plus I was running multiple gameservers and the latency was great.
Only downsides I had were the billing support (tech support was good) and consumer hardware (no failures though).
