Trade Mark domain names?
Whats the exact rules that protect the trade mark people from re-taking their names back?
Example:
one of the BIG companies in our country lost their domain because its expired and they didn't know it was going to expire, so it been registered by UTLSEARCH the company that own so many domains for traffic, anyhow i was thinking how its possible for the company to re-take the domain or they have to buy it from those people?
and how to make a domain a trade mark so whenever its stolen or something wrong happen like expired the company or the real owner can take it back.
BTW any rules by ICANN for TRADEMARK names really exists?

There is a whole library of materials regarding trademarks and domain names. I guess you may need to do a little research on-line and spend the next few months reading ...

Profoundly influenced by #Bauhaus, @Nameslave unrepentantly embraces #Minimalism with a bias for functionality, color theory and pixel precision: a #multimedia messenger in the McLuhan sense. His totally irrelevant M.Ed. dissertation examines Organizational Culture and Change Management. He also likes Patrik Ervell, Wong Kar-wai and IKEA.

I had a trademark in Australia back in 1984 for a magazine title, the first two years were free and after that l had to pay a patent/trade mark attorney to extend my rights on the trade mark because l was't using it.
(today it would have been worth big $$$$)
If l had used it, it automatically becames mijn. (newspaper, internet, magazines etc)
