Cpanel Host West Coast and Central USA

Hi All,

I currently host most of my domains with a reseller based out of NAC's DC. I want to get a similar account account with a DC based in Texas or farther West. In other words I need a ultra reliable host where I can purchase a reseller account using Cpanel, with the servers not being located in the eastern US.

What are some NAC like DC's in the western US, that offer Cpanel?
