In Romania, the VAT is 24%. In other EU countries, it's around 19-21%.

People living within the European Union have to pay this VAT, a tax, for any service or goods purchased. People outside the European Union don't.
Companies within the EU don't have to pay the tax.

You being in Thailand would not have to pay this tax.

For the rest, Claudiu would be more suitable to answer. I'm just a person living in Romania trying to help a fellow country man.

Let's take as an example the Xeon priced at 189Euro, for you I will ask my colleagues to add 2GB RAM and 1TB bandwidth that's a total of 8GB RAM and 6TB bandwidth.

You should know that spamming is illegal, at least in Romania.
If you don't receive spam complaints or if you deal with them properly you won't have problems from us.
What I recommend is an i3 priced at 89Euro monthly and I will lower the price at 79Euro for you as a Christmas gift.
