Part of an article i wrote on infinology:
Once rated #1 on cnet for shared and reseller hosting, Infinology was delisted all together this week. Their booming success went to instant dot com failure, We were unable to get through to anyone at Infinology through any of their contact information for comment.
--Update
I recently recieved a reply from someone with the following information and a link to a page on their site:
...Infinology offers completely automated and unmanaged solutions. ...It does not come with 1 on 1 Customer Service Support. In order to offer customers the low price and the huge amount of resources all customer support issues must be dealt with via the web site.

Didn't they say 24/7 toll free support? I don't know.
I have heard many horror stories of infinology's stellar service record...(lol) and have heard reports of two week outages, complete cluster failures, and very rude support staff when you can get one of their support agents.
My advice run as fast as you can from this company and all the companies they bought out, NOW While you still have a chance!
These are just my thoughts take them for what they are, do business with who you want, not based on my personal thoughts and expressions but your own.
