Reason for sale?

I am working on other projects and am in need of money for my future projects I have planned.

What comes with the sale?

3 Domain names and one that has a PR3 rank with around 500-600 visitors a day to our main site with a usual few sign ups a day with no advertising! Great Design and all the clients!

How many support tickets are there each day?

Currently there is about 3-4 tickets a day.

How much is your monthly costs for the company?

Currently we are paying about $200/mo total expenses for license, servers etc. So there is a ton of revenue to be made. In fact already for the month of November we have paid our expenses and the rest of this month is pure income!

It is $180/mo for the server costs and then the license etc makes it about $200/mo in bills.

So what it is you sell, where is the income from - shared, reseller, VPS, dedi, resold dedi, etc.

What platform - cPanel, Plesk, etc.

I think there are more important details, than how many Twitter followers, that can be listed here without even requiring a NDA or going back and forth in emails. Good start, but allot missing.

All the customers are on cPanel server with a dedicated server.

All the income is from shared hosting clients. They mostly pay monthly while there is a few annual customers.
