    dollar2host review don't buy anyting from they !!!!!!

    I have a reseller from they,and is down at last 4-5 times per day/ big load,slow servers,DONT'T BUY ANYTING FROM THEY,save your money ! NO MONEY BACK !!! http://img35.imageshack.us/img35/6302/60118779.jpg

    Everyday i talk at last 4-5 times,with them on live chat and emails,they always tell me that was the last time,yeah sure,in 1-2 hours is again down ! Up-time ?! 99,9 % NO **** !!! MAYBE 40 % MAYBE !!!

    For 1 hour my resellet is down ,i speck with them on live chat,they say to try later,i try later and still down,now they don't wanna talk with me in live chat ,dollar2host.com is a big ****ing ****,don't waist money or time ! Yesterday my reseller was down all day ,becouse i don't was at my PC to go live chat with them and tell that issue,they NEVER check their servers or services !

    I'm sorry to hear about your experience with them, but you pay for what you get. They are most likely overselling their servers since I noticed they offer unlimited disk space and bandwidth.

    If they are not meeting your standards, it may be time to look for a new hosting provider that can accumulate your needs.

    According to their site they offer a "30-Day Money Back Guarantee", Are you out of the 30 Day range? If so just request SLA or move and be done with it, There's not much you can do at this point.

    Today was down at last 10 times/most down than UP,so don't buy anyting from this suckers !! they don't give the money back like they saying ... and uptime 99,9 % NO **** !!! today was MAYBE 20-30 % Uptime !

    You get what you pay for, i can understand you being annoyed but when you can obviously see your not getting value its time to moveon. Also have you checked yor scripts it seems something is overloading site maybe check your site for any flaws since i noticed you own a forum

    If they do not want to give you your moneyback as they say on their website, you can send a message to PayPal, or the payement processor you used, and ask for a refund.
    Generally, you will have your money back in few days..

    I cannot agree more, the attitude as well as the quick pass off really goes to show as a provider how much they care about there customers. If Dollar2host was as legitimate as they claim to be then they might pass off as a reputable provider.

    Sadly on the record this does not seem so relevant.

    >>>Buyer beware warning<<<-Dollar2host are a bad deal. On the 18th of Setp 2011 i registered a domain name with them, paying with Paypal. Now most companies around the world normally take a maximum of 24 hours to register a .com or .net domain in your name. Dollar2Host took NEARLY A MONTH TO REGISTER A DOMAIN NAME. They only did it because I made a Paypal claim against 2checkout.com for my registration costs. They did not apologise or give me any reason for the delay. Had I not logged a complaint through Paypal before the 45 day period i would have no legal claim to my payment.
    They said they are having problems with their Domain Registry? wtf, They took my $ 12 bucks and sat on it for 30 days, the A##holes. I wonder how many thousands of domain name registrations are still in limbo with these crooked bastards !!! . Google and compare top rated hosting and do due diligence before committing your clients or your business with these people.

    WOW! I cannot really imagine how a company could act this way and really do nothing. The support ticket replies looked like a bot, I never did see in any of the screen shots you posted a single answer to one of your questions (unless I missed it).

    If I was in this situation, I would file a complaint with the BBB as well as PayPal.

    @ingjeff - Did you file a complaint with ICANN or directly with the registrar they use?
