It depends what you mean by big and which part of the market you are looking at. First filters is are you asking about carrier neutral - ie data centres not owned by carriers, so Telecity would be a good example of a carrier neutral provider whilst Level3 are clearly a carrier.
Then, which part of the market are you looking at, wholesale space, for example Next Generation Data have 3/4 of a million square feet in Newport, or e-Shelter in Frankfurt, then there are the colocation providers, like Telehouse, Equinix, Interxion, Telecity and then finally, what I call the new entrants, eg Centro, SSE, Network-i etc Of course just to make matters complicated these layers of the market all cross-mingle a bit as well!
London, Paris, Amsterdam and Frankfurt offer are about 80% of total capacity across Europe.
In terms of big, well Equinix's new facility in Slough, so called LD5 will be massive, its 200,000 sq ft of net tech. Telecity Powergate will soon be 27MW, so about the same size. Equinix's facilities in Frankfurt are huge, especially FR2. In total, Interxion Frankfurt got to be pretty big if you add up all the phases. Hope this helps!

As XONE-James mentioned don't forget about Global Switch. GSLON2 is around 700,000 sq ft with a recent 45MW power/cooling upgrade.
Their Paris II DC (when completed) will apparently be around 500,000 sq ft with 24MW of power...

The UK gov's EDS facility is quite impressive if you ever get a chance to go there and play.
In terms of commercial I would say they have already been listed - I always think 'crikey, this place is large' every time I go to GS2
