, server down again. This time, it's shutdown by their billing. Non payment? Not true. I paid using paypal and although it shows pending, I did pay. I emailed their billing and explain the situation, but got no response at all. I thought they saw the email and didn't expect they would shutdown my servers just like that.
Can they treat a customer who's been using them for almost 10 years? They could easily see my payment history for these years and understand I never missed a single payment. Don't they understand how much effort I put on my website during these 10 years and how important it is for my business? Contacted their live chat it's useless. He said he has no right to turn in back on. It's been an hour now still down
