We're talking about your webhost's control panel.
1) Softlayer (5/5)
I think everyone would agree with Softlayer having the best control panel. You can do almost everything (plus more) on it. DNS, Bandwidth, Billing, OS reloads, you name it and you got it. Simple, user friendly interface.
2) Gigenet (3/5)
Gigenet's control panel is pretty basic, but at least you have the basic stuff that you need. Simple, easy to use. Heard they will be releasing their own control panel sooon.
3) Singlehop's LEAP. (2/5)
A let down. Can do more compared to Gigenet. One area totally lacking is the bandwidth usage. They don't even have SNMP monitoring which I thought was important. When asked about it, support just basically say get a server control panel. The whole interface looks like Windows 95/XP all over. $9.95 for 'priority' ticket. Just got 1 new server from them, doesn't look like we will get a second one.
Do you guys have any experience with other webhosts that you would like to share?

I have only tested the softlayer panel due to getting a server from 100TB otherwise its way far out of my budget.
I do like the Softlayer/100TB panel. I do think the 100TB Panel is a lot lot nicer.

I agreed with your concern. Its really very popularity through the high level of capacity.

I've tested the Fastservers.net Control Panel, which they call "Pentagone".
It was complete too and gives the possibility to do anything on the hardware : order an upgrade, request a downgrade, cancel a service, open a ticket, view billing history, view upcoming invoices and monitor the server ports and bandwidth.
Now, Fastservers.net has been bought by Layeredtech and I do not know if they have the same Pentagone or if it has been merged in the LayeredTech control panel.

OVH actually have state of an art control panel too, have over 110 servers with them and never contacted support, they just have everything covered from billing, os reload, remote reboot, rdns , virtual rack, bandwidth, mrtg graphs, additional ips, windows, cpanel, virtuozo, plesk auto license, it just got everything, you just name it and they have it
