Those threads are in no relation to this complaint. There is no reason to bring up previous complaints about this host when they are clearly in no relation one another.

Not sure you'll understand this but how long have you waited? Sometimes these things do take time. You should also try to have a bit more to back up your claims, for the most part people here do not take kindly to unfounded accusations. IF you are a scammer of some sort then you've come to the wrong place to peddle your fud.

Sending an email directly to their billing department would be the easiest route to go, Calling them liars right off the bat without a proper response from them isn't a good route to go. You should give it more time.

Try and work with Delimeter OP, once they get back to you, from other posts on this forum I would not recommend filing any sort of dispute until you actually absolutely cannot get anything worked out with the provider.

There are allot of problems with delimiter lately so it seems, your best choice is to try and get reach their support, no idea how.
