Datacenters mostly only provide rackspace, not dedicated and virtual servers. In the offers sections you should be able to find plenty hosters renting space in datacenters in NL.

LeaseWeb provides VPSes(vmware ones, so pretty dedicated). Think I saw they advertising on offers section, check there.

As far as I know there are only a few datacenters in NL who provide VPSes. You can check http://www.vpsfactory.com which is a subdivision of WorldStream
