Arrow Looking for good VPS provider (I want resell VPS'es)

    Hello,

I recently started a hosting company and I want to start selling VPS. The problem is I have no funds to get a dedicated server and install a virtualization software and so on. So the solution for me is to buy VPS directly from another company and resell them.

I need suggestions of VPS providers that have a low price (so I can resell).

I want servers in USA (in east coast or in dallas, or new york (the closer to Brazil, the better)).
I also prefer companies where I can configure my VPS like myhosting.com and 1and1.com.
I prefer that the company have options of both windows and linux.
And I need VPS from 512MB RAM to 4GB RAM. Its also better if the company have any reseller program and is white label, so it doesnt appear to my end-user.

Additionally, could you give me opinions of the following companies?

    thrustvps.com
    myhosting.com
    yourdomaingoeshere.com
    reloadin.com
    virpus.com
    wiredtree.com
    gigevps.net
    buildyourvps.com
    intovps.com

    Thank you

There many companies out there who are offering reseller program. You can contact them and get special offer for you. I have heard about wired tree for their top customer service.

In terms of really low price - you could look at Burst.NET, however you can't configure the VPS's past what they already offer.

Myhosting.com is currently one of my top, if you are going Canadian you may want to look at UltraHosting as well, great prices.

Don't believe everything you hear...especially on WHT.
We have well over 10,000 clients, have many hundreds of VPS nodes, thousands and thousand of VPS clientele, and one of the largest and most successful resale programs in the industry. If such things you heard were all true, then we would not have grown to the size that we have. Keep in mind that this is a service industry, and not everything can always go perfectly, and there will always be some unhappy clients...at any and all providers, that is a fact. Considering how large our clients base is, the amount of bad things you have read are minimal, with the majority not even being true, exaggerated, or client being at fault. Of course, we are human, and do make mistakes once in awhile, as do all hosts. We provide a good service, and for that reason are one of, if not the, the fastest growing and largest VPS host in the industry.

I wonder if the VPS resellers is from VPS server to resell into VPS or dedicated server to resell into VPS.

If you don't get my point, physical server to resell into virtual server or virtual to virtual.

What about Slicehost? Do they allow you to resell?

The thing to keep in mind with reselling others products is that the representation of the end product is very important. It's absolutely critical that all the resellers understand the value of the product they're reselling, because if they do not, it's going to look bad across the board. This is in particular one of the primary reasons why Burst has the reputation they have - zero due diligence done on their part, allowing anyone to resell their product, including those who may not have the capability to do so. I'm not saying that Burst is a bad company to resell for; their pricing allows for some ridiculous margins, and potentially large profits, but that the ease of entry into a reseller program, and your competitors who are reselling the same product often to be needs to be looked into, because ultimately, the success of your company depends on it.

Not a bad list there. You can also contact hosts advertising in the VPS Hosting Offers forum.
