No problem, marengo - my French isn't perfect, and my Flemish doesn't exist.

The one error I saw on the home page is on the link to your portfolio - it says

Lets get started

and there should be an apostrophe in the first word:

- though I'm not sure that UK users would mind it as it is.

Would suggest some focus on SEO measures and making sure that where possible semantic markup is used, differing meta descriptions, and appropriate h1,h2 elements also etc

Also, the Terms of Service should really be re-worded.

Design Copyright is assigned to 'The Author'
'The Author' is defined as 'Webdesignbe.com's Primary Designer'

Also this line I assume should be reversed
Author shall indemnify and hold by Purchaser , and his assigns, harmless against loss or expenses arising from breach of any such warranties.

It is the Purchaser that would be holding the Author harmless against loss or expenses arising from the following warranty.
"The Author further represents and warrants that the Work does not knowingly infringe the copyright of property right of another and has not been previously sold, in whole or in part"

The very fact that 'The Author' appears to be an un-named 3rd-party in the contractual agreement could open a can of worms, since there would be no confirmation of agreement to the specified warranties etc by The Author at the time of acceptance of the agreement by the Purchaser
