Verizon or Sprint?

Trying to decide whether to renew our company contract with Verizon or switch to Sprint ans save a few hundred. I'm happy with Verizon, but why not save money if you can. We left Sprint in 2004 due to a few rude Reps and overall crappy service but I've heard they have improved.

Fire Away!

It all depends on your budget or what you want to deal with in the long run. If you want to save money and maybe runinto some problems later on in he feature then switch but if you rather spend what your spending now and don't need to worry about anything in the feature then don't switch.

They haven't changed, I just changed recently to Verizon from Sprint and well their support is still crappy their service never works in the spots you need. I'd stay with Verizon if I was in your position.

Neither?
Been with Verizon, their customer service is horrible, and their "IT department" is nothing but a joke. left after just under a year.

I managed to tough it out with Sprint a good deal longer, think I was with them for 4 years or so, but when they randomly dropped text messages, or didn't deliver them for days on end, then they had to go as well.

If I had to choose the lesser of two evils, I would say Sprint. At least sprint acknowledged their issues and didn't charge me for leaving the 'contract'. VZW, still trying to rip me off, despite being forced to leave the contract because of their own technical incompetence.

I agree they do have the Best Customer Service of the big 4, but they seem to be the least innovative. They recently only rolled out 3G while the others are already working on 4G. But I would never go back because they are way behind the rest.

It's for Corporate Phones, so yes Wireless.

That's the reason we left Sprint, incompetent support hanging up on you and people in the store even being ruder.

I've heard mixed reviews about Sprint that is why I'm looking to hear other opinions.

Keep them coming!

When I had billing issues at T-Mobile (being over-charged), I kept getting Indian-based billing reps. They all acknowledged the problem, but they had great difficulty getting credits applied.

Yep. This was a few years back, though. I used T-Mobile before the iPhone launch.

I reached my very first American in anything billing/sales related when I called to cancel (!) and was routed to the retention department.

I dunno what T-Mobile currently does outsourcing-wise, but it was quite frustrating at the time.

Odd, I had them since VoiceStream to their current name T-Mobile and never got anyone foreign, must vary by state I guess? Left them and Sprint (2004) in 2006 to switch everything to Verizon.

Three of us use BOOST Mobile (part of the nextel/sprint family) because of the free walkie takie features. Three of us use Metro PC

Did use Verizon and left on a sour note...

I've never gotten an outsourced (to india) person on Sprint, ever. I have been a customer for a long time now.

Many times even they are quite near to me, once here in TX and knew exactly where my city where my house is, which was stunning as many even 20 miles away don't know the town!

It was a site outage that I was calling about, I got a $75 credit for it without asking, and the next month they gave me a credit as well!
