Doesn't an anonymous payment imply that the customer will also provide fake account address data? Otherwise an anonymous payment wouldn't make sense. Which serious provider/host could be interested in customers like these?

often yes. the server will be then used for warez linking or some other "illegal" stuff.

i do not want to use the server for
warez or porn hosting and sending spam. i want to host a metin2 private server. i have to pay with psc because i get it from the player. heihachi and 2x4 are crap.
they are to expensive.

@Amitz actually many hosts don't state that the address you enter has to be a real one. Also, the EFF recommends you to use a fake address when the website's terms of service allow this. http://www.eff.org/wp/effs-top-12-wa...online-privacy.
