HostCharge - Serving you no service! [Warning!]

I’ve been with hostcharge and requested my payment be sent since October the 15th.

They have lied to me and even as today I haven’t received my payment, I’ve sent few kind emails to check up on the situation, no one answers, I get an answer after 2 weeks with "I will check up"

Ever since I haven’t heard anything back nor have they ever answered any other emails.

There are loads of customers waiting for their pay also and received no help what so ever.

I’ve posted on the forum and you don’t get an answer for a few days and when you do, its about 3 word line with means rubbish.

They lock and delete threads of any customer who ask why they have not received their payment for so long or why email isn’t been answered.

As you can see, after a week, they must of got sick of hiding complaints on their forums and they did the shutdown.

<<Removed: Statement was unsubstantiated.>>

The bottom line is, I think they are holding my money and same with other customers too.

There have been 2 customers who brang up the subject of lawsuit but haven’t received an update since hostcharge shut down there forum.

Like what the hell is going on over there? <<Removed: Statement was unsubstantiated.>>

People who *still* use them, are the pages for taking orders (hosted by them) still up?

Patience and their email address

They might as well put "We are now packing up, you wont get your money"

ThomasC: Dont tell me your thinking of signing up, Ask a few host charge customers and I will bet you 90% will not recommend hostcharge. 70% is trying to get their money and leave.

They better not be playing with our money

Its simple, they made profits out of our transation why keep our funds for?

Ive quit business with hosting like in October and all I wish is just to get my money thats all and cancel my hostcharge account, So do many others but instead they wanna swap over to another merchant with service.

It's amusing that people can't afford to pay $181 bills. I know some companies are in a sticky position at the moment but come on $181

Pay the man what you owe.

This is kind of interesting considering I just got done reading Pud's book, F'd Companies - Spectacular Dot Com Flameouts. Did you know Webvan went through 1 billion dollars? Sheesh... amazing stuff.

I wonder how much people have been ripped off as well
