Sounds interesting. Having recently suffered a 32 hour outage on a VPS with WiredTree I'm looking for something more robust and reliable. I know there are different definitions of what a cloud server is but I see you offer failover and load balancing plus mirrored drives. Can you please tell me what would happen if the RAID controller failed and took out the complete array as happened with WiredTree? Would it failover with no downtime? What about if there were issues with power or with the backbone? I assume the cluster is located in one location so do you have any redundancy against a DC issue?

One of your testimonials mentioned a choice of several DCs. Is this still the case? Do you have any on the West Coast? Can you please provide an IP address and a 10/100MB file for testing?

What is your average response time to tickets? Are you 24x7?

Just to clarify, with your 512FOR8 offer I could take your 2GB plan and upgrade to the 2.5GB complete with more drive space, etc? So for $48+$19 per month I could have your 2.5GB plan with cpanel, fully managed? Does this come with WHM too or is that where your custom app comes in? Does it include Fantastico?
