22 set - I received an email: New Work Order Assigned
The work has been assigned to a technician which will start work on Wednesday September 22nd AM and completed by Tuesday September 28th 2010 08:00:00 PM. Once the
work is complete you will be contacted via email with all pertinent information to your order. You will be given a chance to look over everything before the work order is closed. Below you will find the details of your work order. Please contact the assigned manager if you have any
questions.
26 set - I received an email:
Hi,
We had a delay in some of your parts for your new server, we should have your login details sent you by Tuesday/Wednesday.
29 set - No answer, and i sent a email and:
Hi,
You should receive your login details tomorrow, if there are any delays we will let you know.
1 oct - Sent two emails without answer
2 oct - Sent one email without answer
4 oct - Without answer
