Outsourcing support

Does anyone outsource support? By this I mean using a third party company that will transparently provide support for your customers.

There's only the two of us, and we can't provide "proper" 24/7 ticket support, which would be of great advantage.

Having our internal staff is out of the question, so I am thinking of someone like http://www.supportpro.com (as an example)

Does anyone use such a company, and have they proven to be worth the expense?

We only get a few tickets a month, so I'm not sure it would be worth the expense. Unless there are freelance people who will do it on a per ticket basis?

Hi Andy,

I doubt anyone will reply and will tell that they are outsourcing their support here in WHT.

I suggest check http://www.webhostingtalk.com/wiki/C...g_tech_support and review the plans and check if they can meet your budget.

Good Luck!

Regards,
Bobby
