When whmcs expires you can buy license somewhere else and it dont have any bad affect at all isnt it?

Before it expires take a DB backup. And then you should be worry free searching for somewhere else to purchase a license from

Yes you can. WHMCS eventually clears expired licenses on certain time interval.
