Where is the best, cheapest place to get FTP backups? We won't need a ton of space.

It also depends on your DC location (latency / transfer speed / data amount).
Have you tried to ask your current DC for a quote? Sometimes you might be able to get a good deal through them too.

I used rsyncpalace for a while. You get shedloads of space - 100GB was roughly $13 with a discount coupon.
