I forgot to tell something about our 24/7 remote reinstallation tool. Our PXE system have the following functions:

Available installations (24/7): CentOS, Fedora, Debian, Ubuntu, FreeBSD, OpenSuse, Windows Server R2, VMware ESXI and Citrix Xen server

Rescue mode: We have a rescue mode available and this mode will boot the server into a network installed Linux OS with SSH access. You can mount the storage and edit configs or remove programs. Very easy for mis configurations and firewall problems.
