Gee, I must me the only one here with just ONE computer!
I've had the same Dell desktop since 2005, and just upgraded from XP as Vista then Windows 7 came out. It still works fine, and since I don't share it with anyone else I don't see a need to buy a new one until it dies.

1 Desktop, Windows 7 Ultimate x64 - 21" Monitor for work, 47" TV for watching movies and making the wife happy!

1 Laptop, only used when away from home for business use. Dual core Intel Celeron, 4GB memory, 500GB 7200RPM HDD, Ubuntu 11.10 x64

Lappy doesn't need much as I use it for web, emails and Putty pretty much exclusively. However, it does play a 720 concert of some Gilmour just fine!

I've collected computers over the years and have to say I have a quite big collection. Mostly all parts through. Ram ranging from 32mb to 512mb. Hard drives ranging from a little over 2GB's to 250GB. CPU's ranging from 50Mhz to well over 2.2Gh/z.

Most of the cases were either damaged or worn and taken as scrape.

    My current computers.
Netbook - Atom, 2GB ram, 250GB hard drive - Running CentOS with kde.
Desktop - Intel Dual Core, 4GB ram, 160GB x 2 in raid 1. Running CentOS with gnome.

Only including personal use machines at home:

    FreeBSD Desktop
Windows 7 Desktop (for gaming, rarely ever used)
Windows 7 Laptop (mostly as a dumb client)
    Linux Mint HTPC
    OpenBSD on UltraSparc 5 (router)
    Solaris on UltraSparc 5
    IRIX on SGI Indigo 2
    HP-UX on HP Visualize C180
    Tru64 on DEC PWS AU500

Have a pile of servers for work obviously: retired machines, test/development machines, and inventory awaiting deployment
