Yahoo Mail Plus or Gmail?

Been a Yahoo Plus email user for years now. Just moved some domains to a new registrar, and had to set up email via Google. I still have my personal mail on Yahoo.

Should I continue to use Yahoo and bring in the mails via POP from Gmail to Yahoo (at a cost of $19.99/year)?

Or should I move everything to Gmail, including personal, and do my site emails via POP from within a personal Gmail account (at a cost of zero)?

You could just use google apps, it's free for personal use(with few restrictions).

Are you saying that it's better than Yahoo Mail Plus? Or no?

Yep, even though Yahoo Mail Plus doesn't have ads, it simply can't keep up with Gmail's intuitive and clean interface as well as features like archiving, etc. Just my opinion though.

Google smokes yahoo...

My fav is the new hotmail... although google is not that far behind.

Gmail tends to have to many false-positives (good mail going to spam box) for my liking.

I think yahoo has more features. But, if yahoo comes at a cost, why not try gmail for sometime and see if it suits you or not?

Yahoo+ comes at a cost, Gmail costs nothing. I would use Gmail.

Gmail (googlemail) is working really good for me. I'm sure that there is no better service.

Gmail has always been my favorite.
Hotmail comes with a boat load of spam emails.
I have used yahoo in awhile so I can't say much. Yet, I wouldn't pay for it.

I don't know why but, I kinda knew you would say that

IMO Hotmail is the worst of the three. It never learns the spam and phishing. I have to mark same emails from same site over and over again.

Yahoo looks nice, but I have bias against them because of the Yahoo! Japan is a money driven engine.

So, for me, Gmail all the way

GMail. Ever since it was released it's been pretty much unrivaled from my standpoint.
