Why not use something like sendgrid, campaignmonitor, mailchimp or sailthru?

If you are a legal company and need to send news letter for a Legit website, any hosting company will be able to provide you a server.

You may alternatively try mailchimp, they are good.

Do you run a mail campaign business? If you are sending newsletters to your own clients or members then all providers will be able to give services.

But if you are running a email marketing service then many providers will have objections.

Probably, this is the only good way to send so much newsletters. Using some hosting service or dedicated server will not be easy and might suffer several problem.

    I recommend using mailchimp.

If the client is confident in one or another software, any provider is capable of setting it up.

Although any provider may be capable, that doesn't mean they'll accept the op as client.

Some hosts just don't allow mass marketing. I'd recommend specifically asking about such usage before the order.

As long as it's legal you can get a server from any provider and put your software on it, and start sending

I'd suggest using an experienced emarketing company. I used to work for an emarketing company hiding behind a social networking website sending over 5 million emails per month (double opt in and tri opt-in). As the main administrator I was responsible for maintaining the emails reputation (more importantly the IP's reputation).

Maintaining reputation alone is a full time job and when you get that email from your DC asking why they have complaints against your (their) IP's it takes some getting out of. When you get an email from Spamhaus which has listed your IP's, your in trouble!! Spamhaus can list whole blocks of IP's which usually are IP's assigned to your DC/ISP. Your actions may make the email of other innocent clients of the DC get bounced, blocked etc etc.

All in all, go with the professionals or hire an email deliverability specialist!

    All the best.
