I dont know where to ask this so sorry if its in the wrong place.

Does anyone know of a company that offers a hosted VMware/Hyper-V setup, basically a server that will allow me to run virtual machines under for test server labs for a monthly fee.

This should be done by any Windows host who has experience in setting up Hyper-V VM's. You can get in touch with few hosts who offer Hyper-V services to see if they can setup something similar for you on Dedicated servers as well.

I know these guys offer Hyper-V VPS's and full on dedicated servers. They should be able to help you out with a dedicated box with the ability to use Hyper-V. http://www.colocateusa.net/

Also they happen to be my colocation provider, so they're solid.

Enterprise allows you to use four MS licenses in Hyper-V while DC Edition allows technically "unlimited" Hyper-V VM's with X amount of CPU's.
