we require many dedicated servers for below purpose[Mailing purpose]

I do Hosting consulting to the marketing industry. I have few clients who need server for sending mails.First i will buy 1 server and will order around 10-20 after one week.
I need urgently.

Host are not allowed to make offers here, so you would need to contact them directly. That said, based on your requirements and the urgency, you may have a hard time finding a host to provide service as it sounds like it would be a bit of an IP reputation risk.

Tell your "clients" to use a legitimate email delivery service like sendgrid.com
I believe there's no real reason to need 20+ servers to send emails unless you want lots of IP to get around blocks and blacklists.

I won't help your friends spam me - I get enough spam as it is for replica watches and other crap.

I am looking for a Dedicated Server with /20 IP block, if available.
Spec's: 1U , Dual-Core 2 gig of ram, 100gb HD with 5 Mbps dedicated.

You might run into an issue with that request as you will more then likely have to fill out and complete justification for all of those IP's.

...both of which are unjustifiable under RIR guidelines (ARIN,RIPE,etc).

The fact that you need that many IPs and the fact you need it "urgently" has suspicious activity and fraud risk written all over it.

/20 = 4096 IPs, right? On one server? :-O

As other posters have mentioned, hosts are likely to be a bit cautious in this situation.
