BurstNET - Where are you?
Hey, I ordered a VPS 4 days ago and everything went smooth. Then 1 day after I ordered DirectAdmin because I figured and need it. Now, 3 days they responded with "What is your order number"? Like WTF, just use my username and you find it instantly. Now I will probably have to wait another 2-4 days. The reason why I'm whining is because this is a urgent project and I told them this needs to be done fast. But no.
I want my money back.

Well yesterday was a public holiday in the US. Also not all people in a business have access to all the systems.

Try working with them. They are a good company and sometimes here and there they have bad times. Its nothing to bad at all. You should give them a try and go on with your server when they have everything working and up for you. Last couple of days where crazy for a lot of people it was the week end and on top of that yesterday was a public holiday and not many people where working all day or even started work.

+1 to that. There are a good amount of companies where some employees only have access to the technical side of things and are unable to look at orders and account information. Generally a sales team and customer support manager have access to this but they do not handle server installs.

It was a Holiday weekend, and only a handful of people deal with DA licenses, and half of them were out of state. I apologize for the delay.

Why do you want your money back?
I would think if you would go another host you would only be delaying your "urgent project". But feel free to blame burst for that as well.
Lastly… I doubt you will get any of your money refunded. To my knowledge there is not time frame in which they need to deliver your DA license to you.
There is the option of you going and getting the license yourself….

Well, I understand the client has an urgent matter. And it's important to him. It's also important to us, then.
We do try and get the licenses set up as quickly as possible, but DA is a bit different from cPanel, mostly because they don't allow us to designate multiple logins, which makes it impossible to track accountability.
While I agree that moving somewhere else would cause him a larger delay, I again understand the frustration.

Indeed, moving now wouldn't be the best thing to do.
Just wait and let BurstNET handle the DA, I think they should be able to set it for you quite soon.

Hi,
Then why don't you go right to DA and order it?  Some times DA take a few hours to even get it out to them. I know i been waiting for my own DA for a vps.

Okay. Ever have one of those issues that no matter what you do to resolve it, it decides it just wants to keep being an issue?
This DA License was one of those.
The OP now has the license but little issue after little issue kept pushing it farther back.
We will alter his next billing date to compensate for the loss of time due to this odd issue.

Oh yes we are going over the same kind of issues. the weekend backed everyone up and now its time to get to work! Glad you got his DA worked out and all the other issues you had. Great work Burst!
