lol he needs to check highendbox for specs like that.
Price-wise, you'd probably be better off with a dedicated server for specs that high - a vps like that will probably run you around $50/mo at least.

No one on WHT can offer you unlimited bandwidth, It's not allowed (yet) AFAIK.

You'll find a lot of providers in the VPS section. Someone like Burstnet would probably fit your needs, they won't have unlimited bandwidth but probably enough for you.

oh,unlimit bw is not needed,<4TB is ok,window vps is better(2003 or 2008)
