Unable to access reseller account at Siteflip.com
Hi,
We've a Reseller account at a Siteflip.com server, but are unable to access it.
Their web site appears to be down as well, although its IP-address still responds to ping requests.
Their helpdesk at getsomesupport.com appears to be having the same problems.
Does any one knows what's going on with them?
Thanks.

It looks like HTTP/Apache is down and the same server that hosts you hosts them as well. I'd try sending an email to support@siteflip.com (best guess for support email address).

If the site is down,he might not be able to contact them with email either. Do a whois on their site domain and see if there is an alternate contact email or phone number.

Seems the server is down and accessible no where. Host-tracker reports timeout from 80+ locations.
Try searching in google cache/domain whois for possible alternative contact details.

Well, the server itself appears to be up; hence the response to pings. It's the web server which does not respond.
My Reseller account is hosted on the 174.122.250.34 server. The gap between that IP-address and the IP-address of Siteflip.com (174.122.250.60) and GetSomeSupport.com (174.122.250.61) is too great, which leads me to believe these are actual different servers.
Are there any other customers from SiteFlip.com here, who still can access their accounts?
Thanks again.

I've send an e-mail to support AT siteflip.com and support AT getsomesupport.com during the problems.
The first one came back as undelivered, but the second one did not get a response yet.

What makes you think a provider cannot allocate more than a single range to one server? I'll tell you right now that just because the "gap" is "too great" that they can still be applied to the same server...

@MikeDVB: Well, SiteFlip's server are located at ThePlanet.com and each server normally comes with a set of 1 to 5 consecutive IP-addresses.
I guess as their sites require SSL certificates, extra IP-addresses were ordered, and this actually was only one of their servers going down.
@LeonDrury: Did you receive a reply already (I've not)?
